Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide
    L2 support
    for eCommerce platforms (Shopify, OMS, WMS)
  • Perform
    root cause analysis
    and implement workarounds or fixes
  • Own support tickets end-to-end, ensuring timely resolution and communication
  • Update application configurations and support operational tools
  • Document issues, fixes, and contribute to the team knowledge base
  • Coordinate with L3 support and development teams

Qualifications

  • Experience in
    application or production support (L2)
  • Knowledge of
    TypeScript / JavaScript
    ,
    GraphQL
  • Experience with
    MongoDB, DynamoDB
    , and
    AWS (Lambda)
  • Familiarity with
    eCommerce platforms
    and distributed systems
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
