Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide
L2 support
for eCommerce platforms (Shopify, OMS, WMS) - Perform
root cause analysis
and implement workarounds or fixes - Own support tickets end-to-end, ensuring timely resolution and communication
- Update application configurations and support operational tools
- Document issues, fixes, and contribute to the team knowledge base
- Coordinate with L3 support and development teams
Qualifications
- Experience in
application or production support (L2) - Knowledge of
TypeScript / JavaScript
,
GraphQL - Experience with
MongoDB, DynamoDB
, and
AWS (Lambda) - Familiarity with
eCommerce platforms
and distributed systems - Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
