Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide L2 support for eCommerce platforms (Shopify, OMS, WMS)
Perform root cause analysis and implement workarounds or fixes
Own support tickets end-to-end, ensuring timely resolution and communication
Update application configurations and support operational tools
Document issues, fixes, and contribute to the team knowledge base
Coordinate with L3 support and development teams
Qualifications
Experience in application or production support (L2)
Knowledge of TypeScript / JavaScript, GraphQL
Experience with MongoDB, DynamoDB, and AWS (Lambda)
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and distributed systems
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
