Job Description
We’re hiring an experienced Technical Support Engineer (L1/L2) to support global customers, with exposure to backup & recovery and strong infrastructure troubleshooting skills.
Must-Have Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science / IT, or equivalent hands‑on experience
- 3–5 years of L1/L2 technical support experience (enterprise preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting in Windows Server and/or Linux
- Good knowledge of networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
- Storage concepts: NAS, SAN, RAID, NFS
- Virtualization experience: VMware or Hyper‑V
- Backup & recovery exposure (tools/process knowledge)
- Good communication skills in English + Mandarin (Mandarin speakers only)
- Able to work hybrid/onsite in Selangor, including mandatory onsite training
Nice-to-Have Skills
