Project Description:
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble, and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability, and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities:
Resolve production incidents in a smooth and timely manner with minimal impact to business
Put in controls and checks in place to monitor and smooth the functioning of production systems
Investigate and understand the cause of defects raised.
Stakeholder relationships across all groups within the Bank ensuring alignment to common objectives and fulfillment of criteria and requirements across the various businesses and units.
