The scope of services includes, but is not limited to:

a. Incident and Request management

b. Level1 Network support

c. Level1Application support

d. Level1 Email support

e. Desktop support

f. Remote technical assistance

g. Support all PMC employees and its Affiliates

h. Overall ticket management

Job Types: Fixed term, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
