TaskUs Outsourcing Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Associate Technical Support Engineer (L1) to help keep customer systems running smoothly. You will assist via chats, calls, and tickets, applying troubleshooting skills to maintain secure operations and meet internal KPIs.

The role requires strong Windows knowledge, networking, and security fundamentals, plus experience with PSA/CRM tools and SQL queries. On-site, full-time work in Las Piñas, with a rotational schedule.
