Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in technical support, application support, or service desk roles.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience supporting AEM and/or FCRM portals.
- Basic understanding of AEM components, templates, DAM, workflows, and content authoring.
- Familiarity with FCRM or similar CRM/portal systems.
- Working knowledge of ITSM tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to work in shift-based support and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
