Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in technical support, application support, or service desk roles.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience supporting AEM and/or FCRM portals.
  • Basic understanding of AEM components, templates, DAM, workflows, and content authoring.
  • Familiarity with FCRM or similar CRM/portal systems.
  • Working knowledge of ITSM tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-handling abilities.
  • Ability to work in shift-based support and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
