Job Description
This is 24x7 shift pattern job, within the Network Operations Centre. Managing the RF Access & Wi-Fi Network and using Network Management Systems and Operational Support Systems, the Shift Engineer will ensure that all Faults, Planned Work and Activation requests are carried out to comply with Service Level Agreements, and that all processes and procedures are being correctly followed.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Act as the first-level escalation point for RF network issues and ensure timely fault resolution.
2. Proactively monitor and manage network services from the Network Operations Center (NOC) to ensure service availability and performance.
3. Coordinate with Field Engineers to assign, track, and close both network and customer-related faults.
4. Liaise with internal and external Network Operation Centers to escalate issues as required and ensure adherence to defined SLAs.
