Job Description

Physics World in Geneva seeks a PhD-level researcher to contribute to the Next Generation Trigger programme by designing new L0 muon trigger algorithms and applying AI/ML to challenging signatures, including exotic long-lived particles.

You will collaborate with ATLAS trigger experts, develop robust solutions using simulations, and take on team supervision responsibilities during a 24-month onsite contract with a possible extension. Fluency in English with willingness to learn French is expected.
