L 2 NETWORK ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities: 

• Network Designing / Planning / Implementing, Migration and Troubleshooting 

• Working on Incident / Change / Problem tickets and to be part of all Major Incidents. 

• Leading the L2 Network Team / Mentoring / Managing & providing technical / process training. 

• Implement and maintain LAN / WAN and WLAN equipment's from various vendors. 

• Upgrade network hardware and software components as required, Detecting Firmware Vulnerabilities by using various tool (Cisco Total care / Rapid7 / SolarWinds NCM Module), 

Upgrade Plans / Process Creation / Automating the task (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, FTD, FMC, 

WAN Optimizers) 

• Switch configuring and troubleshooting VLANs, Private VLANs / VTP-v3 / STP / PVSTP / RSTP 

/ MST / EtherChannel / UDLD / SPAN / RSPAN / DAI / IP Source Guard / SNMP / NTP / STORM
