Citi UAE is seeking an experienced KYC Operations Manager to lead a team responsible for AML monitoring, onboarding, and regulatory reporting. The role focuses on governance, control, and timely delivery within the BAU/Refresh program.

You will collaborate with Compliance and senior management, drive process improvements, and ensure high-quality case reviews and MIS metrics while maintaining Citi's risk standards in a hybrid Dubai-based setting.
