We are seeking three SEND Teaching Assistant’s for a SEND school provision in Wolverhampton, who are looking to appoint on a temporary-to-permanent basis through us at New Directions.

While in-school experience would be useful, the school’s SLT are very open to hiring SEND TA’s who have no formal TA qualifications & / or have transferrable experience from residential, support or care work backgrounds.

These roles will be working full-time during term-time only for the hours of 8:30 to 3:30.

You will be paid a week in arrears via PAYE at a daily rate from £92.53 to £98.02 per day dependent on each candidate’s experience & / or qualifications.

These roles will be starting from September 2026, where you will included in all staff training before school starts to enable you to get up to speed
