Kronos Developer

Design, configure, and optimize Kronos Workforce Central modules, such as Timekeeper, Device Manager, Activities, Data Integration and Scheduler, to meet business requirements.

Should have experience in legacy systems, UKG Pro, and Dell boomi Integrations.

Lead the development of workflows, custom interfaces, and integrations using Workforce Integration Manager (WIM), REST APIs, and SQL tools.

Perform data migrations while ensuring data integrity and seamless integration with external systems.

Improve database performance through SQL query tuning in Oracle SQL Developer and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.

Manage system upgrades, patches, and performance enhancements with minimal disruption.

Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and resolving system issues, while offering guidance to team members.
