Cooks – Winter Season
Star Arctic Hotel, situated on the summit of Kaunispää in Finnish Lapland, is looking for cooks to work in its à-la-carte and buffet restaurants during the winter season . The role involves preparing, presenting, and maintaining the quality of dishes while ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality dishes in either the à-la-carte restaurant or the buffet kitchen.
- Maintain dish presentation and overall kitchen quality.
- Support smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a chef role in à-la-carte, buffet, or hotel kitchens.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality.
- Proactive, responsible work attitude.
- Finnish and/or English language skills.
- Hygiene passport.
- Driving licence and own car for commuting.
