Responsibilities

:
  • Work effectively across the organization with stakeholders, content creators, IT, and subject matter experts to develop and support new and existing products, features, and services
  • Provide KM technical assistance to Rapyd’s employees to improve their knowledge-sharing & collaboration 
  • Conduct knowledge needs analysis for a variety of teams 
  • Manage content on Rapyd’s knowledge management systems
  • Define knowledge processes and ensure they are implemented across Rapyd
  • Create knowledge solutions embedded in Rapyd’s working processes
  • Help establish an organizational culture that promotes and supports knowledge-sharing

    • Requirements

  • At least Five years of experience as a Knowledge Manager / Information Management roles
  • At least Two years of experience in project management-related work
  • Undergrad degree or Master’s degree - Must...
