The Knowledge Manager is the custodian of everything CareVision's clients and support team need to know. You will own the knowledge , produce the structured content that feeds CareVision's AI support model, and ensure that the team always has accurate, current, and usable guidance at their fingertips. This is a writing, research, and systems role — not a frontline support role.
