Role Overview

As the Knowledge & Content Specialist, you will be the architect and guardian of our company's internal wisdom. Your mission is to ensure that every employee—from dental assistants to IT technicians—has the know-how to perform their jobs flawlessly. You will transform complex technical processes into engaging videos, clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and searchable documentation within our centralized Knowledge Base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multimedia Content Creation: Script, film, and edit How-To videos and screen recordings that demonstrate software workflows and hardware setups.
  • SOP Development: Document new processes and update existing ones, ensuring all steps are accurate, compliant, and easy to follow.
  • Knowledge Base Management: Organize and maintain the digital library (Videos, Docs, SOPs). Ensure the content is logically categorized, tagged for searchability, and up to date.
