Lead 14 Kmart stores across New Zealand, North Zone, reporting to the Country Manager. Frequent travel will be required. Key focus is to lead store teams in making everyday living brighter for customers, improve the Kmart shopping experience and make our stores the best place to work.

What you’ll be doing: Drive results, execute Kmart’s strategic pillars, focus on team development, increase store productivity, manage remuneration, reduce CODB, and drive sales growth.

• Proven multi-site retail operational experience, consistently delivering results and smooth daily operations.
