About the Role

Full‑time or 12‑month fixed term (secondment considered). The role provides specialist Occupational Therapy assessment and occupation‑focused treatment to older adults with dementia and complex psychological needs across community settings, including home visits from Glen O’Dee Hospital. The post also supports multidisciplinary formulation, contributes to service development, quality improvement, evaluation and audit, and receives line management and supervision from the Enhanced Dementia Service Team Lead (Clinical Psychologist) and Occupational Therapy Divisional Lead.
