Summary

The primary function of this role is to serve as adeputy for theAssociateManagerof thekitoperations teamandprovide leadershipacrossthe daily customer service delivery function of the department.Supervisorswill be expectedto leadby example and assist in the overallleadershipof theteam.This will includesupervisory responsibility forup to 6 employees within theoverallteam.A key component of this role will also be to lead, coach and develop their direct team as well as importing and exporting best in class talent.Another key element of the role isensuringthe operation meetsallregulatory and local continuous improvement requirements.
