The Position

  • Ensure standard of cleanliness meets the standards set by the head chef

  • Manage workstation and deliver a high standard of hygiene

  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of food safety and allergen awareness

  • Respond to requests promptly and efficiently

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene

  • Show initiative to take on other duties with shifting priorities and flexibility

  • Provide above and beyond service and display attitude of care towards your clients and colleagues
