A&W is looking for an experienced and motivated Kitchen Supervisor to lead our kitchen team and help deliver great-tasting food and exceptional guest experiences. The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for ensuring food quality, maintaining food safety standards, supporting team development, and assisting with daily kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support kitchen staff during shifts.
  • Ensure all food is prepared according to A&W standards and procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Assist with inventory management, product ordering, and stock rotation.
  • Train and coach team members to ensure consistent performance.
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and waste management.
  • Help manage labour, productivity, and shift execution.
  • Address operational issues and support restaurant management as needed.
