As a Kitchen Steward, you will play an essential role in supporting our culinary team by maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.

Working closely with our chefs and kitchen team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining cleanliness across all kitchen and food & beverage areas
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Following correct food handling procedures
  • Assisting with basic preparation and ensuring mise en place is readily available
  • Supporting the wider kitchen team and collaborating with the Chef on duty as required
  • A current and valid Australian driver’s licence

Your contribution will help ensure smooth kitchen operations and support the delivery of outstanding dining experiences for our guests.
