Kitchen Staff – Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation (washing, cutting, and measuring ingredients)
  • Cook and prepare menu items as assigned
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • Ensure proper food handling and sanitation standards
  • Support cooks and chefs during operations
  • Store ingredients properly and monitor stock levels

Qualifications:

  • At least high school graduate
  • With or without experience (experience in kitchen/food industry is an advantage)
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
  • Team player and willing to learnCan work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
