Kitchen Sous Chef
Permanent contract – Crans-Montana, Switzerland.
Responsibilities
- Plan and direct food preparation in the kitchen.
- Ensure quality of food meets school standards.
- Develop academic contents for the workshop.
- Take on Head chef responsibilities in case of absences.
- Control daily production and cleaning according to weekly plan.
- Organise production and meal plan with the Head chef.
- Coordinate with production kitchen in Bulle campus to create synergy.
- Research and improve student experience in the workshop.
- Manage purchase orders and deliveries.
- Ensure kitchen stewardship and activities align with Moodle course description and learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- CFC Cuisinier ou equivalent
- Pedagogic certificate an asset
- Pedagogic experience
- Fluent in French and English
