Kitchen Porter – Tipperary

We are currently recruiting a dependable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to support busy catering and hospitality sites across Tipperary. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and enjoys working as part of a fast-paced kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Wash and sanitise dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment

  • Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, storage, and back-of-house areas

  • Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation when required

  • Ensure correct waste disposal and follow recycling procedures

  • Keep floors and work surfaces clean and hazard-free

  • Adhere to HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulations at all times
