Kitchen Porter

The Kitchen Porter is responsible for the day to day cleaning and overall cleanliness of the kitchen and kitchen areas, they will work closely with the kitchen & hotel team in making sure that the kitchen areas and equipment is kept to a high standard and to make sure that all cleaning procedures are adhered to.

You will have a strong understanding of workplace hygiene and organization as well as be flexible to the changing needs of a business. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Kitchen porter to join the fun, energetic and vibrant Salthill Hotel in Salthill.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the everyday cleanliness of the kitchen
• Ensuring that equipment is clean and ready for next use.
• Manage stock of cleaning chemicals and cleaning equipment.
• Work as part of the hotel team.
