Kitchen Porter-Full-time

We are currently looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our team in The Brooklyn in Swords.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Cleaning of all utensils and equipment as per Health & Safety guidelines
• General Cleaning duties throughout kitchen and other areas required
• Ensure work surfaces, floors and walls are always clean and sanitised
• Manage deliveries & storage
• Temperature recording
• Weekly deep cleaning
• Adherence to Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP procedures- training will be provided
• Adherence to all reasonable requests from your Manager / Supervisor
• Flexibility to work hours as determined by the business; this is a full-time position and shifts will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays
