kitchen areas

Mixed Shifts – 5 days
Scope and
general purpose: Ensure the kitchen
and associated areas are cleaned to the Torridon standards, including all
floors, walls, equipment and preparation areas.

Responsibilities:
Guests & Quality
- Report any faults, breakages, or
sub-standard equipment to the sous chef.
