As part of Kitchen Operations, you work in a professional resort kitchen serving international guests every day. Buffet service, live cooking stations, à la carte evenings — the pace can be dynamic, but the structure is clear.
You are responsible for preparing dishes according to standards, managing your section and maintaining hygiene and food safety. Teamwork matters here. Service runs smoothly when everyone knows their role.
It’s real kitchen work. It requires focus and stamina.
