Job Description

Cooks food orders according to set standards. Regularly checks and prepares raw materials needed for his station. Maintains equipment, wares and storage cleanliness and efficiency in his station. Accomplish inventory reports for his station.

  4. Follows GMP in the hot preparation area

  5. Performs other assignments that may be assigned in any kitchen or back-of the-house stations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder in HRM or
  • At least 2nd year in College, any food-related course
  • With 1 year work experience in similar capacity in food service or hospitality industry preferably from restaurants and hotels
  • Know the food safety and basic cooking techniques
