Responsibilities

• Support, coach, and mentor the kitchen team.
• Maintain high food knowledge and skill standards.
• Ensure up-to-date knowledge of COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and legal requirements.
• Hire and onboard new team members in an inclusive and welcoming manner.
• Lead, guide and develop the kitchen team, ensuring access to training and growth opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety, creating a safe and organised workspace.
• Manage kitchen schedule to ensure efficient staffing while meeting labour targets.
