Overview
The kitchen manager is responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen. The kitchen manager is expected to provide professional leadership and direction to kitchen personnel and ensure all staff are trained in proper food handling techniques. The kitchen manager will ensure recipe & food preparation standards are consistently maintained and menu presentations meet our brand specifications and commitment to quality.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Food Preparation:
The kitchen manager must ensure all food is prepared to the established standards of the Canad brand. The manager is responsible for delegating all kitchen duties and tasks and providing instruction and direction to staff.
