Job Description

The KITCHEN MANAGER oversees all BOH and kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, safety standards, and disciplined kitchen processes are consistently executed. This role drives team performance, supports store operations, and ensures readiness across all dayparts while contributing to overall profitability.

What You'll Lead

  • Daily BOH operations, prep accuracy, and smooth kitchen execution
  • Strict adherence to recipes, portioning, and food safety standards
  • Inventory management, stock rotation, and waste control
  • Food quality checks and implementation of corrective actions
  • BOH team coaching, training, certification, and scheduling
  • Food cost control and productivity improvements
  • Compliance with sanitation, safety, and audit standards
  • Collaboration with RGM, Supply Chain, QA, and Training teams
