Job Summary

Kitchen Manager, Line Cooks, and Prep Cooks work collaboratively to ensure the efficient preparation and delivery of high-quality recipes in Frontiers North Inc.’s kitchens. Line cooks handle cooking, plating, and assembling dishes during service while maintaining quality, timing, and presentation standards. Prep cooks focus on ingredient preparation, including chopping, portioning, and organizing, to set up the kitchen for smooth service. All roles uphold food safety, cleanliness, and inventory management, contributing to a cohesive kitchen operation to deliver excellent dining experiences that align with FN values of sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
