• Manage and organize a section of the kitchen (hot, cold, pastry, etc.).
• Ensure the preparation and presentation of dishes meet Amaretti’s high standards.
• Maintain quality, freshness, and consistency in all dishes.
• Follow hygiene and food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the team and Executive Chef on menu development.
