Kitchen Leader – Chipotle Mexican Grill
Join us as a Kitchen Leader to deliver quality food and support the team. As part of our mission, you will ensure food quality, maintain a clean kitchen, and train future leaders.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order, following kitchen procedures
- Monitor food waste and inventory, and resolve food quality issues
- Support strong team dynamics between back and front of house crews
- Develop crew members to become future kitchen leaders
- Communicate with crew members and customers effectively for great service and throughput
- Keep the kitchen cleaned and sanitized
- Monitor kitchen equipment and ensure it is repaired promptly
- Safeguard the kitchen and crew to prevent injuries or accidents
- Complete Materials Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and inventory rotation (FIFO)
