Job Summary:

The Kitchen Staff is responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen equipment to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in basic food preparation (cutting, washing, portioning ingredients)
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and work areas
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking tools
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and supplies
  • Assist cooks and chefs in preparing meals as needed
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
  • Dispose of waste properly and keep the kitchen organized
  • Perform inventory checks and restock ingredients or supplies when required
