Job description:
- Maintain the kitchen's order and cleanliness, which includes cleaning the dishes, utensils, and appliances.
- Make sure that every kitchen surface, floor, and storage area is sanitized and cleaned in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Help with basic food preparation duties including slicing, chopping, and peeling vegetables.
- Help with ingredient preparation by following the kitchen staff's instructions.
- Support chefs and cooks during busy periods by fetching ingredients, utensils, or equipment as needed.
- Organize all kitchen tools and equipment to be cleaned and stored properly after use.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least High School Graduate (College Level or Diploma in Hospitality Management is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of the food and beverage industry
- Basic Food safety and sanitation.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, and holidays, and render overtime. <...
