Job description:

  • Maintain the kitchen's order and cleanliness, which includes cleaning the dishes, utensils, and appliances.
  • Make sure that every kitchen surface, floor, and storage area is sanitized and cleaned in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Help with basic food preparation duties including slicing, chopping, and peeling vegetables.
  • Help with ingredient preparation by following the kitchen staff's instructions.
  • Support chefs and cooks during busy periods by fetching ingredients, utensils, or equipment as needed.
  • Organize all kitchen tools and equipment to be cleaned and stored properly after use.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least High School Graduate (College Level or Diploma in Hospitality Management is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of the food and beverage industry
  • Basic Food safety and sanitation.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends, and holidays, and render overtime. <...
