Job Description
- Assist in receiving stocks based on standard specifications together with the Manager on Duty. Organize and label items according to FIFO and FEFO, and store ingredients and materials following prescribed food safety regulations.
- Keep all storage areas tidy and organized.
- Set up and prepare all backups needed at the prep station, including rice cooking.
- Follow all procedures in washing and preparing raw materials required for operations, ensuring strict adherence to food safety standards at all times.
- Cut, slice, and properly wash vegetables, meats, and seafood according to standard procedures.
- Prepare, complete, and ensure correct weighing of ingredients for all dishes.
- Maintain clean utensils and a hygienic, sanitary work area at all times, including the dishwashing area.
