As a Commercial Kitchen Worker, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, efficiency, and operation of our kitchen. Your responsibilities will include assisting cooks and chefs, preparing food, cleaning equipment, and ensuring that our commercial kitchen meets high standards of food safety and sanitation.
Job Responsibilities
Support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced commercial food environment
Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen surfaces
Assist in basic food preparation tasks under the direction of kitchen supervisors
Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and prep areas
Remove trash and maintain proper sanitation standards in all kitchen zones
Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling procedures
Help receive and store food deliveries properly and safely
