Job Description
  • Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and standards.
  • Assist in food preparation, including washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients.
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and work areas.
  • Store food properly and monitor stock levels to minimize waste.
  • Assist with receiving and checking deliveries.
  • Follow food safety regulations and company operating procedures.
  • Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor or Chef.
Job Requirements
  • No experience required; training will be provided (experience in F&B or kitchen operations is an advantage).
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
