- Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and standards.
- Assist in food preparation, including washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and work areas.
- Store food properly and monitor stock levels to minimize waste.
- Assist with receiving and checking deliveries.
- Follow food safety regulations and company operating procedures.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor or Chef.
- No experience required; training will be provided (experience in F&B or kitchen operations is an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
