The Kitchen Intern assists in the daily operations of the kitchen, supporting chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients.
  • Measuring and preparing ingredients for cooking.
  • Ensuring proper storage of food items.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen by following food safety standards, cleaning workstations, utensils, and equipment.
  • Learning proper cooking techniques, kitchen procedures, and plating standards under the supervision of senior kitchen staff.
  • Ensuring efficiency and teamwork in a fast‑paced environment.
