Responsibilities

• The Cook II takes direction from and works collaboratively with the Head Cook to ensure food quality standards and speed of service are consistently met.
• The Cook II is the designated lead in the kitchen when the Head Cook is not scheduled; this leadership role ensures all matters directly related to kitchen performance are aligned to the SFI goals and the Head Cooks expectations.
