What you’ll do:

Working in our Resort bistro, you’ll support the Kitchen team to deliver consistently high-quality meals by providing non-cooking duties in a kitchen or food preparation area. On a daily basis you will:

  • Undertake general cleaning duties within a kitchen or food preparation area and scullery
  • Cleaning of cooking and general utensils used in a kitchen and restaurant
  • Assist colleagues who are cooking including assembling and preparing ingredients
  • What you’ll bring:  

  • A good attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team 
  • Genuine Interest in working in a commercial kitchen, preparing fresh produce 
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and acquire new skills 
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Possess a Do Food Safely Certificate of completion 
  • Demonstrated knowledge and abilities in kitchen operations.
