What you’ll do:
Working in our Resort bistro, you’ll support the Kitchen team to deliver consistently high-quality meals by providing non-cooking duties in a kitchen or food preparation area. On a daily basis you will:
Undertake general cleaning duties within a kitchen or food preparation area and sculleryCleaning of cooking and general utensils used in a kitchen and restaurantAssist colleagues who are cooking including assembling and preparing ingredientsWhat you’ll bring:
A good attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team Genuine Interest in working in a commercial kitchen, preparing fresh produce Demonstrated willingness to learn and acquire new skills An ability to work in a fast-paced environment Possess a Do Food Safely Certificate of completion Demonstrated knowledge and abilities in kitchen operations.
