Working Hours
  • Mon‑Fri: 7:30am to 3:00pm, inclusive of 1‑hr lunch break
  • Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted Public Holidays
  • Service is not required on a regular basis during School Holidays
Scope of Services Daily Food Lab Duties
  • Daily upkeep of the food labs, including general cleanliness of food lab equipment, tabletops, floor and sinks
  • Daily upkeep of food lab facilities and equipment, including the hot water dispensers, refrigerators, ovens and stoves as well as the other appliances in the food labs
  • Daily checks and maintenance of the placements of tools and utensils
  • Daily management of food items in the fridges and other storage containers. To inform Food Lab Manager or the NFS Unit coordinator if any of the ingredients are running low
