Job Description
The Kitchen Staff assists in daily food preparation, cooking, cleaning and maintaining kitchen operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and high-quality service. They work closely with cooks and kitchen supervisors to support smooth food service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare basic ingredients such as chopping vegetables, marinating, portioning, and assembling food.
- Assist cooks in food preparation and cooking tasks.
- Ensure all food items are stored properly and rotated following safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
