**Kit Builder / Packager- Pay up to $18.50/hr- IN.**

**Location:** Indianapolis, IN.

**Pay:** $18.50/hr

**Shift:** 3rd- 6:00 PM-6:00 AM (Rotating 2/2/3 schedule)

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Pick items and build kits using a computer-guided picking system.
+ Follow screen instructions to locate and package products accurately.
+ Label completed kits and place them on conveyors for shipment.
+ Verify kit accuracy and packaging requirements.
+ Pack finished products for carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
+ Assemble custom or specialty kits by hand when needed.
+ Maintain production pace while ensuring quality standards.
+ Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

**Required Qualifications**

+ Ability to stand for up to 12-hour shifts.
+ Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
+ Experience in a fast-paced production, warehouse, or assembly environment.
