Kinesiologist (Fernie)

Position Title: Kinesiologist or Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist (with RTW planning experience)

Location: Whistler-Squamish Region

Program: RTWSS

Status: Part-time | 2 Referrals per month

Salary Range: $26‑32 per hour

Job Summary: You will work collaboratively within our team to assist clients in returning to work and improving their quality of life. You will be involved in active rehabilitation programs, utilizing your knowledge of disability and rehabilitation, as well as the psychosocial aspects associated with them.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Supervise and support clients in exercise, stretching, and work simulation programs.
• Handle administrative duties related to program operations.
• Coordinate maintenance of gym equipment with the Rehab Services Manager.
• Conduct on‑site Job Site Visits/Return to Work planning.
• Develop and monitor Gradual Return to Work (GRTW) plans.
