1.Formulate growth plans for KFM franchisee stores in the corresponding regions in alignment with the business direction of KFM headquarters.

2.Order collection and demand feedback, ensuring the fulfillment of orders
订单收集与需求反馈,确保订单的交付。
3.Report on the performance of KFM stores, organize meetings and training sessions for KFM franchisees, review the problems encountered in the retail growth of KFM stores and drive improvements. Ensure the achievement of billing targets.
汇报KFM门店表现,组织KFM加盟商会议与培训,复盘KFM门店零售增长中遇到问题并推动改进。确保开票目标的达成。
4.Execute integrated marketing campaigns, align with key promotional calendars. Formulate and launch marketing activities tailored to the characteristics of local KFM franchisees.
